How many veneers — or implants — do I need?
Whatever the result asks for. For veneers, that's whatever shows when you smile — sometimes six, sometimes ten. For implants, that's whatever's missing — one tooth, several, or a full arch. The number isn't a sales target; it's whatever makes the result look natural beside the teeth around it.
Are dental implants painful?
Most patients are surprised by how comfortable placement is. The procedure is done under local anesthesia, often with mild sedation, and recovery is typically lighter than an extraction. We'll walk through anesthesia, sedation options, and aftercare in detail at consultation.
Do I have to grind down my teeth?
For modern veneers, not always — they can be remarkably thin, sometimes with minimal preparation, sometimes none at all. For implants, the answer is even simpler: we don't touch the neighboring teeth at all. The implant rebuilds the missing tooth on its own foundation.
Will it look fake?
Only if it's designed to. We design for proportion, translucency, and texture that fit your face — not a TV-set look. You see the digital mock-up before any tooth is touched.
How long do implants and veneers last?
A well-placed implant is designed to last decades — many last a lifetime. Porcelain veneers typically last 15–20 years with routine care. Both depend on the same things: clean margins, healthy gums, and a bite that's properly balanced. We plan for all three.
What if I don't like the result?
That's the entire point of the digital design and try-in stage. Nothing is bonded — or final-seated — until you've seen and approved the look. We'd rather take the extra appointment than ever rush a result.
What does it cost?
Implants and smile design are priced as a complete package, not per tooth — your written plan at consultation includes every line item with no add-ons later. Financing is available through Cherry, CareCredit, and Proceed.
